Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one concern, if you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product for refund. 

The credit that you receive on your refund will apply only to the purchase price of the product(s); shipping, processing and insurance fees will not be refunded. 

What We Don't Offer Returns On

Due to the nature of the following products we don't offer refunds on any of the following: 

-Products that have been opened and cannot be put back in original retail packaging that it arrived in.

-Clothing that appears to have been worn/altered have tags or been washed

-Protective Masks 

-Mask Filters

-Mask Accessories (Head bands, bags, and extenders)

-Food items

-Lip balm

-Custom ordered items that have been personalized specifically for you

-Clearance, Final Sale items. These are marked on your order confirmation as *Clearance final sale. Also on your invoice will have a *.

Return Process

All returns are shipped back to us at your own cost to our Eureka, MT, USA or Dunmore, AB, CANADA location . Items must be packaged securely so that they arrive to us in the same condition as it was received. You must include the fully filled out return form in the box. Any returns received that are missing information or have products that are damaged will not be processed.
