Refunds:

What We Don’t Offer Returns On: Due to the nature of the following products, we don’t offer refunds on:
- Products that have been opened and cannot be put back in the original retail packaging
- Clothing that appears to have been worn, altered, has tags removed or has been washed
- Protective masks
- Mask filters
- Mask accessories (headbands, bags, and extenders)
- Food items
- Lip balm
- Custom-ordered items (any personalized items)
- Clearance and Final Sale items (marked as *Clearance Final Sale on your order confirmation)
*However, if your order includes a damaged item, please contact us as we understand that accidents can occasionally happen.
