How do I do a return?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps and review our Return Policy:

   • Email us at info@weddingstar.com  with the subject line: "Return Order" or reach out via our live chat.
   • Please provide the following information:
     • Your Transaction Order Number
     • Items You Wish to Return
     • Reason for Return

3. Prepare Your Return:

   • Package the items securely so they arrive in the same condition as when they were received.
   • Include the fully filled-out return form provided by customer service inside the box.

Please note that any returns missing information or containing damaged products will not be processed.
