Can you remove the setup fee if I ordered before?

Unfortunately, we are unable to waive the setup fee, even for returning customers. The setup fee covers the time and resources required to prepare and configure the equipment used in the production of your product. As this is a necessary part of ensuring the quality and accuracy of your order, it is a recurring fee for each new order. We appreciate your understanding!
