Unfortunately, we do not offer full returns on personalized products. When you purchase personalized items you do check off an agreement stating "I understand by selecting this checkbox that the information for this personalized item is correct, including all spelling, punctuation, and capitalization."
We are unable to resell or take personalization off of products, which is why we have this policy in place.

Please include the following:
•Your transaction order number
•the product that has the mistake
•what the correction needs to be
