If the sale was not a flash sale and your order was placed between 1-7 days before the sale, we can honor the sale price and adjust the difference for you. Unfortunately, if the order was placed more than 8 days prior to the sale, we are unable to match the sale price.
To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service with the subject line: "Honor Sale Price." Include the following details:
- Your Transaction Order Number
- Item Number That Is Now on Sale
- Price You Paid and the Current Sale Price
