While we take great care in packing your items, once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the freight company to ensure its safe delivery. Here's how shipping insurance works:

If you select shipping insurance and items arrive damaged or if the package is missing: Contact us ASAP via email with your order confirmation number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the damaged items. We will assist you in replacing the items or issuing a refund for the damaged/missing items only.

If you do not select shipping insurance: You will need to file a claim directly with FedEx for any damages or lost packages.
