Personalization is not being accepted

Check that your characters are within the allowed parameters. If you are using a mobile device and an error message pops up and says "invalid character", you may be typing a character we do not accept. We do have articles inside Product - Personalized that have the character requirements for certain products.

Please email customer service if this does not help. 

Subject line: Technical Support Personalization

Please include the following:

•URL / website link of the page you are on

•The text/message you are trying to type in

•If Applicable: What design/color/font options did you chose?
