How can I submit a claim for my order? (damage, product error, etc.)

 Please email customer service, Subject Line starting with "Claim" so we know to prioritize your request. Please include the following information in the email: 

• your transaction order number or invoice number. 

• A detailed description of the damage/error, description of the packaging/state of the box when arrived(if item is damaged). 

•Please also submit photos of the products and packaging. If you are requesting a replacement please let us know the event date you need this by.
