My personalization isn't allowing the apostrophe character. E.g.. '

If you are using a mobile device and an error message pops up and says "invalid character", you need to hold down the apostrophe button on the keyboard and choose the accent that is vertical (straight up and down) rather than an angled accent. You should now be able to add to cart.
