I sent in my return, when will I get refunded?

Once we receive your return, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process internally. After processing, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for your purchase. 

Please use a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us. After we receive the return, you can expect to see the refund on your statement within 10-14 business days, including additional processing time from your bank.
