How to clear cookies/cache on your website browser

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots (menu) in the top right corner.
  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
  3. In the dialog that appears, select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Use the dropdown menu to select the time range (e.g., "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "All time").
  5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
