How do I know if my order went through?

To ensure your order is successfully placed, please follow these three steps:

  1. Proceed to Checkout: Once you are in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout."

  2. Order Details Page: You will be brought to our order details page where you need to fill out your shipping, credit card, and other information. Click "Next" once you have completed this information.

  3. Review Order Summary: On the "Review Order Summary" page, double-check that the shipping address, email address, arrival date, and product order summary are correct. Click "Submit Order" to finalize your purchase.

After submitting your order, you should see an order confirmation page with your confirmation number, and we will send you a confirmation email. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folders for this email.
