- Your Transaction Order Number or Invoice Number
- A Detailed Description of the Damage/Error: Include details about the packaging and the state of the box upon arrival if the item is damaged.
- Photos: Attach clear photos of the products and packaging.

Replacement Request: If you are requesting a replacement, please include the event date you need the replacement by.
