Difficulties on website

If you’re experiencing issues with our website, try the following steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

    • Google Chrome: Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner > More tools > Clear browsing data. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then click "Clear data".
    • Mozilla Firefox: Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner > Settings > Privacy & Security. Under "Cookies and Site Data", click "Clear Data" and ensure both options are checked, then click "Clear".
    • Microsoft Edge: Click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner > Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear", select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", then click "Clear now".
    • Safari (Mac): Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data. Click "Remove All", then "Remove Now".
    • Safari (iPhone/iPad): Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, then confirm by tapping "Clear History and Data".
  2. Try Incognito/Private Mode:

    • Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac).
    • Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + P (Mac).
    • Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac).
    • Safari: Press Cmd + Shift + N (Mac) or use the menu option.
  3. Check Browser Extensions: Some extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling them to see if that resolves the issue.

  4. Update Your Browser: Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser. Outdated browsers might not work well with modern websites.

  5. Try a Different Browser or Device: Check if the issue persists on another browser or device to determine if it’s specific to your current setup.

  6. Disable VPN/Proxy: If you’re using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it to see if it affects your access to the website.

  7. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable. Connectivity issues can sometimes cause problems with website functionality.

  8. Ensure Website Compatibility: Verify that the website is compatible with your browser and device settings.
