Unfortunately, we do not offer full returns on personalized products. When purchasing personalized items, you agree that the information provided is correct, including all spelling, punctuation, and capitalization, by checking the agreement box during the order process.
Personalized items cannot be resold or have their personalization removed, which is why we have this policy in place.
If you have made a mistake on your personalization, please contact customer service with the subject line: "Order Personalization Error." Include the following details in your email:
- Your Transaction Order Number
- The Product with the Mistake
- What the Correction Needs to Be
